What is a Wiki? A Video
Douglas KarrCommon Craft has come up with another great video, Wikis In Plain English. I’m amazed at the ignorance of Wikis in business. People still treat Wikis as ’something the kids do’ in business when it could be a fantastic technology to leverage.
If I think of the thousands of emails, meetings, and calls I get over the year to explain features and how they work, a Wiki would be my answer to set up a central knowledge base for any client service or customer support site. Watch the video and think about how it could be used in your business:
