Why am I here?!

For visitors to Payraise Calculator and Address Fix, my apologies that you’ve found yourself at my blog. I moved the sites to some different accounts today (they used to reside within this site) and I’m just waiting on the Domain Name Servers to catch up with the move and forward you in the right direction.

It may have been more advisable to make the move on a Sunday night at 4AM or something… but I’m usually sleeping then. It won’t happen again, I promise!

In a few hours, you’ll (hopefully) be back to the sites you were going to visit.

In the meantime, check out the blog… leave some comments, or just say “Hi!”.

PS: My site is also getting SLAMMED right now by a content spam bot, as reported by my hosting company. If anyone knows how I can help stop it from killing WordPress, I’d appreciate it! Thanks! That was really the reason for moving the other sites off of this account.

You should install Bad Behavior. It’s helped my site a ton with comment spam.

It also plays nice with Akismet, so it’s a good thing.

Bad Behavior was probably the best plugin that I’ve ever installed on this site!

It’s actually the posts that are killing me. Akismet is keeping them thwarted, but their ‘bot’ is simply executing thousands of calls non-stop.

I just tried installing the plugin for Bad Behavior and my site stopped. :)

This was due to my ignorance… I didn’t install the plugin correctly. It’s working great.
